Access to Warren Lane 1st to 5th June 2026

Warren Lane Surgery will have limited access due to replacement of the front doors.  Please only use Warren Lane if you have an appointment there (access will be via the back door) otherwise go to New Lubbesthorpe Health Centre.  There will be no disabled access at Warren Lane for this period of time.   Disabled access & full services will be available at Lubbesthorpe.

Please check closely whether your appointment shows Warren Lane or Lubbesthorpe.  Any sample requests (i.e. Urine sample) MUST be taken to Lubbesthorpe by 11.30 am if your are not able to get there for that time please bring the following morning.

We apologise for the inconveniece but this will give a far better patient experience entering Warren Lane in the future.

Lubbesthorpe addres is Tay Road, Lubbesthorpe LE19 4EW.  The entrance to the car park is next to Sainsburys, remeber to enter your reg no. in the machine in reception.
