Post - tick the re-order form and send to the practice with a stamped addressed envelope, please allow at least 1 week
By hand - Complete the re-order form and put into the prescription request box in the waiting room. If your re-order form has been lost, a hand written request can be made using the forms available in reception.
Please allow 3 full working days for prescriptions to be processed for collection/sent to the pharmacy to dispense and please allow further time for the pharmacy to dispense your medication. Remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
If your nominated pharmacy has ran out of your repeat medication, please call some other local pharmacies to try and locate stock.

If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a pre-payment certificate.
